MARIO ANDREOSE, Venetian, has been active in publishing for several decades. He participated in the adventure of Alberto Mondadori’s Assayer in subsequent roles as proofreader, translator, editor, editor-in-chief, editorial director. After moving to Mondadori, he dealt with the nascent sector of co-editions of children’s books and illustrated books. He was editorial director of the Fabbri Group, including the Bompiani, Sonzogno, Etas publishing houses and school editions. In RCS Libri, born from the merger of the Fabbri Group with Rizzoli, he held the position of literary director. He is currently president of the Nave di Teseo, collaborator of the cultural supplement “Domenica” of the “Sole 24 Ore” and member of the steering committee of the International Center for Humanities “Umberto Eco” at the University of Bologna.
